1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on ind77, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ind77. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ind77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ind77 does not accept players who are under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ind77 complies with all laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ind77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ind77 or have had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active cooling-off period in effect on your Account.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player may hold exactly one Account on ind77. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If ind77 identifies duplicate Accounts, all related Accounts will be permanently closed, and all balances (including any pending withdrawals) may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ind77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ind77 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and at other points where we deem verification necessary for security or compliance purposes. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay profile; bank statement header).

ind77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ind77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ind77 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ind77 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your Account.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• ind77 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. E-wallet withdrawals typically clear within 5–15 minutes; bank transfers typically settle within one hour, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• ind77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions pending investigation.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ind77 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by ind77 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount") and must be satisfied using real-money wagers on eligible games. Wagers placed on certain games (including but not limited to low-margin table games and bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold) may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements. Applicable games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ind77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across Accounts or with third parties to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome (arbitrage), and exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds. ind77 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, reverse any winnings, and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Promotional Changes

ind77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms unless ind77 determines that the promotion was made available in error.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

ind77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where a wager exceeds applicable stake limits, where the relevant market has been suspended, or where ind77 has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed in breach of these terms.

7.2 Errors and System Faults

In the event of an obvious error in odds, game payouts, or any other element of the Platform (including typographical errors, data feed errors, or software faults), ind77 reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return stakes to the Players. ind77's decision on such matters is final. Winnings accumulated as a result of an obvious error are not payable.

7.3 Sportsbook — In-Play and Pre-Match

All sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia internationals, are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Asian handicap (voor bola — a handicap betting format widely used in Indonesian sports betting), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), Over/Under, and 1X2 markets each carry their own settlement rules. Settlement follows official results from recognized governing bodies. In the event of event abandonment, ind77's sportsbook rules determine whether bets are void or settled on the result at the time of abandonment.

7.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino game outcomes are governed by the certified RNG systems of the respective game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Published RTP percentages represent long-term averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. Crash game outcomes (including Aviator by Spribe) are governed by provably fair protocols verifiable by the Player after each round.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ind77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using automated software (bots, scripts, or macros) to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ind77 staff or other players.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ind77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ind77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

10Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ind77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a data feed error.

ind77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

ind77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

12Responsible Gaming

ind77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We provide the following player-protection tools, all of which are available through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Check Reminders — receive periodic on-screen notifications of your session duration and net loss or gain.
• Self-Exclusion — suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Termination by ind77

ind77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ind77.
• You no longer meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, ind77 reserves the right to forfeit any and all balances (including real-money funds where fraud or money laundering is suspected) pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation.

14Amendments

ind77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material corrections and clarifications may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind77 holds its international gaming license. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure.

Nothing in this clause limits ind77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its users.
